After the success of my previous Thing plates, I received an order for a new commission piece.

This piece was a monster! True legendary scale for an absolute Legend in the THING community, the one and only Peter Abbott.

This is the second piece I have made for Peter, the first being the very first production THING plate I did.

Peter is considered by most as the God Father of Thing collectors, a true fans, fan. 

Peter has a vast and ever growing collection of Thing memorabilia, art work, signed items and even some priceless pieces from the set of THE THING. These include pieces of timber from Outpost 31, part of the detonation device used to blow up the Outpost and the best piece a huge piece of the Norwegian Choppers Rotor hub assembly.

Thanks again to Peter for getting my work into yet another Blu-Ray / DVD. This time into the German Turbine, THE THING Collectors Edition.
